We do our best to ship all orders within 1 to 3 business days. Personalized items may take slightly longer. Orders are shipped with many different carriers depending on what country you reside in. In the United States delivery is typically handled by USPS but occasionally it will be UPS or FedEX. You will receive tracking within 24 hours of label processing.

For Countries Other Than the United States:

Any taxes or duties are the buyers responsibility. If an item comes back due to you failing to pay duties or taxes, if applicable, will be refunded minus 3% to cover the refund processing.
