Certain products throughout the site are eligible for our 60 Day Replacement Guarantee. A products description will clearly state if it is eligible or not. If it is not mentioned at all, it is not eligible.
What are the specifics of the Replacement Guarantee?
If you purchase an eligible item and it is lost or damaged, including accidental, within 60 days of purchase, we will replace the item at no cost. This is a one time replacement, meaning the replacement item is not eligible a second 60 day guarantee, the guarantee ends with the original item.
How to get a replacement:
Please simply email Support@goodstoyourdoor.com with your order number, requesting a replacement.
What happens if my exact item is out of stock when replacement is needed?
1.Your first option is to receive a similar item as a replacement. Similar item will be of Equal Value or up 10% higher cost.
2. If you do not want a different item, will will issue a refund of your original purchase, minus 3% to cover our refund processing charge.
Example: If your order came to $15.00, your refund would be $14.55 which is $15.00 - $0.45(3%).
